Delivery Information

All orders are shipped by means of a pallet distribution network. The delivery will require someone to be present on the day of delivery in order for a successful delivery to take place. Please ensure that you provide 2 working contact numbers for our driver to contact you on. All deliveries will occur with a tail lift truck and a pallet truck to deliver your order to ground level at your delivery address.

White Horse Bedding can be delivered to the UK and Ireland. The majority of UK addresses will have delivery included in the price, however Irish, Scottish and certain outlying delivery areas will have a surcharge applied to their delivery cost. This surcharge will be indicated once you have input your delivery details.

Next day delivery is only available for certain areas. If we are unable to deliver to you on a next day basis this will be indicated to you before you complete your order.

Standard orders should be delivered within 3 working days of placing your order.

We reserve the right to restrict these delivery services at any time. We reserve the right to alter or amend delivery times in exceptional circumstances. All delivery times quoted are subject to stock availability and delivery location.

Returns Policy

Unopened goods in original condition can be returned within 7 days for a full refund of the purchase price less the transport costs involved. These costs will be advised at the time of the returns request and will never exceed the actual cost of transport involved.
